Orders are shipped UPS ground from our studio in California. Please see our shipping map below for estimated shipping times. Expedited shipping is available upon request and must be requested in writing via email prior to your order shipping. These expedited shipping fees are charged in addition to any order Rush fees. All orders are shipped with a signature required upon delivery. Be sure to keep this in mind when you give us your shipping address. Please note, we do not ship to Post Office Boxes.
The client is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping costs in the U.S. and Internationally are based upon destination, weight and the size of the box(s) in which your order is shipped. Please be aware that International customers are also responsible for any duty/custom fees and/or taxes.
In the unlikely event your order becomes lost or damaged due to the fault of the carrier, the customer will not hold Chelsea Press liable. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays by the carrier or due to weather. Please allow enough time if your order falls around busy shipping times such as holidays or during the winter when weather can be a factor.
