Because your order has been personalized specifically for you, returns will not be allowed. We do not accept returns and do not issue refunds if your printed order matches your approved proof. Please review your proofs carefully before approving. Chelsea Press does not issue refunds for design work under any circumstances.

Chelsea Press makes every effort to ensure order accuracy. Prior to shipping your order to you, it will be carefully inspected by at least 2 members of our team, counted and packed for shipping. Please carefully count and review your order upon receipt. In the unlikely event that there is a mistake in your order, Chelsea Press must receive from you any claim for incorrect merchandise or shortages in writing (via email) within 2 business days from receiving your order. We will refer to our records and will determine an appropriate solution.

We do not provide refunds if you do not provide us with the correct shipping address.

In the unlikely event your order becomes lost or damaged due to the fault of the carrier, the customer will not hold Chelsea Press liable. If your package is damaged in transit you must take the damaged box and its entire contents to UPS within 2 days and submit a claim.
